The System
Welcome. You are at the beginning of an exciting journey - a journey that could lead to greater wealth and better health.
I am Dale Gerke and I have been involved with home based businesses for over 35 years. During that time I have seen many people succeed and many fail in this industry. The one factor that is consistent with successful people in this business is that in order to work smarter they use a system approach for their training and marketing. It is the most effective and efficient way to make this business work. This is because it allows people to get time duplication and consistency with the information being passed on.
To illustrate this point, I would ask you to consider how the McDonald's hamburger franchise earn their money. Do they do it through selling hamburgers alone or by setting up a system whereby they can distribute millions of hamburgers throughout the world?
With my total belief that a system approach is required to train (and market to) people in this industry, I have spent many years and a great deal of money developing a system for you. This is usually provided for free or at cost. This system is broadly marketed under the label of the Success Alliance® (in various countries) which produces and publishes most of the marketing and training materials that are available.
I have made training and marketing files available online. The training material is an especially good starting point for the new Member. I highly recommend that you access whatever you feel necessary for your particular situation.
The system comprises of:
* Audio material (online Audio Files which you can download and copy for yourself)
* Internet material (websites, newsletters, downloadable files)
* Books (on marketing and personal development)
* Seminars (held from time to time)
* Counselling (special personal coaching)
This system is designed to transfer information from one person to another:
* It may be transferring prospecting information from you to a potential new Member
* It may be information to teach you (using our on line training system).
* We carefully develop strategies that make it easier for people to build a profitable business.
If it sounds easy, that is because it is easy. When you become a student of the business and persist, it can work for you. As with many things in life, you can be more successful by focusing and concentrating your efforts using a 'ready to go' proven system.
Be Aware! There are many ways to run your business. However, the easiest and most successful way is to use a tried and proven 'system' approach, which is what the Success Alliance® is all about.
Here are some things for you to evaluate if you want to get started...
1. Decide what you want from this opportunity. If you just want to buy the fantastic products at a cheaper price, then much of what is mentioned in the Member’s Manual and training is not relevant to you. But if you want to make some extra money - whether an extra few thousand dollars per year, per month or per week (or per day) – then it is essential that you get some basic information on how to do this business.
2. You must decide what you want (if you aim at nothing in life then that is exactly what you will achieve... nothing) then you must decide on the price (work rate and money input) that you are prepared to pay (more details about this are in the Audio Training Files).
3. Then you must pay the price and do the work. There are no short cuts.
4. If you are going to pay the price, then get some information about how to establish your business. That is easily accomplished by getting (downloading) the Beginners Training Audio Files.
5. Listen to and read the information supplied to you and talk to your Leaders.
6. Make a list of people you know (there are many ways to do this and they are outlined in the Manual).
7. Contact the people on your list. There are many ways to do this and they are explained in the Manual and in many of the Audio Training Files. Details are also supplied in the online training newsletters.
8. Send the people on your list some information. There are many variations on how to do this and what to send (eg phone calls, chat over coffee, emails, social media posts, etc). The online Manual explains this.
9. Do the follow up (ask them if they are interested).
10. If they are interested, register them as a Member and ask them what they want (the Training Files explain how to do this). If they want to make additional income then recommend that they do just what you have done (which is to repeat steps 1-10).
Realise that the process is very simple and aim to keep it that way.
